In addition to her responsibilities at Selene Brighthouse, Lauri is a Partner at Selene Palm Springs through CDI Ventures, where she has been instrumental in the development of a Dream hotel and residential project in Palm Springs, a venture she has diligently worked on since its initial entitlement in 2017.

Residing in Palm Springs, California, Lauri‘s entrepreneurial journey is a testament to her resilience, vision, and unwavering commitment to making a difference. Her career, marked by diverse and exciting ventures, began in the remote and rugged landscape of Barrow, Alaska, where she worked for the Alaska Eskimo Whaling Commission, overseeing aboriginal whaling practices. Pursuing further education, Lauri earned her MBA in Finance from the prestigious Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley. Her initial foray was with Irvine Retail Properties, where she honed her real estate development skills. Driven by a desire to create and preserve, Lauri founded a historical restoration company, which flourished under her leadership, expanding to offices in both San Francisco and Los Angeles.
